Change Control Boards (CCB)
David has been hired as project manager of an IT implementation project. There has been several change requests that could have a major impact on project scope, cost and/or schedule. David evaluated the impact of changes and the Change Control Boards (CCB) has just approved the change requests. Nevertheless, the project sponsor is not a member of the CCB.
