  1. PMP Solution 24

In the Tuckamn ladder, within the Develop Team process, the 5 phases of development that teams may go through are; Foming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning. Performing is the phase in which teams reach the performing stage function as a well- organized unit. Norming is the phase in which team members begin to work together and adjust their work habits and behaviour to support the team. On the other hand, Forming is the phase where the team members meet and learn about the project and their formal roles and responsabilities and Storming is the phase in which the team begin to address project work, technical decisions and the project management approach. Therefore, the solution is B. moving from Forming to Storming.[PMBOK 6th edition, Page 338] [Project Resource Management]
