Training Costs :
In your IT development project, training courses will take place soon in order to enhance the competencies of the project team. You believe the added skills will not be useful for future projects. How should you manage training costs?
A. Training costs should be included in the project budget.
B. Training costs should be paid by the performing organization.
C. Training costs are not your responsibility as project manager.
D. Training costs should be managed as a separate cost.
PMP® Solution 143.
Training includes all activities designed to enhance the competencies of the project team members. Examples of training methods include classroom, online, computer-based, on-the-job training from another project team member, mentoring, and coaching. If project team members lack the necessary management or technical skills, such skills can be developed as part of the project work. Scheduled training takes place as stated in the re-source management plan. Training costs could be included in the project budget or supported by the per-forming organization if the added skills may be useful for future projects. In this case, you believe the added skills will not be useful for future projects, therefore right answer is A. [PMBOK 6th edition, Page 342] [Project Resource Management]

B- Being from the client company, I would not ask my customer to pay for the training costs of my employees. Either the performing organization (client) or the trainee bears the training costs.
